Utility Room is with washing machine, and suspended clothes dryer. The Dining area seats 4, with the option to seat 6 on the terrace. In the Lounge there is 5 setter leather suite, coffee table, sideboard, decorative mirror, TV and DVD units. In the Hall - console table and 2 mirrors. Both Bedrooms have build in wardrobes. Master bedroom is next to the bathroom with bath, washbasin, bidet and wc. Second bedroom is with en-suite bathroom with a shower, washbasin and WC. Low voltage lightings, safe and alarm. There is an internal telephone for free calls to Polaris World Resort. Villa is benefiting from private swimming pool,parking area allocated at the front of the villa. It is fenced and gated all around. With iron gate at the front of the villa to enhance privacy and security of the living area and Roof Solarium. |
| Weitere Informationen: | Booking deposit 30% of the total price is required to reserve a slot. Balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. Breakages deposit of 150euros payable with balance. This deposit is refundable within 2 weeks after departure subject to satisfactory property inspection. 65 euros are extra for cleaning charges payable on arrival - meet and great is included in the price. Mid term cleaning if required is extra. Towels and bedlinen are provided for Holiday lets but not for Long Term Lets. Swimming pool only available all year round - but is not heated in the winter months. |
