The second Polaris World development to be fully completed was La Torre Golf Resort, which comprises of stunning whitewashed properties so typical of the area surrounded by the Nicklaus designed 18 hole golf.
The properties are ideally located within a five/ten minute walk of the Golf Clubhouse, Restaurants, Bars, Supermarket and 5 Star Intercontinental Hotel and Spa. A communal pool is located just outside your door. As a guest on a Polaris World Resort, you can use any one of the many communal pools, tennis courts and children’s play areas. The magnificent Town Centre offers all types of services: A social centre, bars and restaurants and a luxury 5 star hotel.
Each apartment consists of a spacious lounge furnished to a very high standard with flat screen TV’s, a dining area with patio doors leading out on to large terraces with stunning golf views overlooking the 17th Tee, 11th Green, lakes and the communal swimming pool. On each terrace we have provided a table and chairs for 'al fresco' dining, there is nothing nicer than relaxing on the terrace with a glass of wine and looking at stunning views.
Each kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave as well as a separate utility area.
Each apartment has two twin bedrooms (beds can be pushed together making double beds) with ample wardrobe space, a large family bathroom.
There is air conditioning and central heating in both properties. There is also secure underground parking available. The apartments are situated in a marvellous first class resort with 24 hour gate and patrol security.
La Torre Golf Resort is located in Torre Pacheco only 10min from San Javier/Murcia Airport and only 40min from Alicante Airport and is easily accessible from the new Alicante/Cartagena Motorway.
