Our apartment is luxuriously furnished with air-conditioning in the living room, flat screen TV and a number of dvd's which are provided for our clients' entertainment. The living room is large yet extremely cosy and leads onto the 45 m² terrace which is south facing and enjoys the sun all day. There is an electric awning, for those of you who like a little shade, an outside dining area with barbecue and sun beds provided for your comfort. You will enjoy uninterrupted views of the sea and mountains as well as our 25 m² swimming pool. We offer two double bedrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen including hob/oven, microwave and dishwasher and in the adjoining utility area a washing machine is there for your convenience. There is one fully fitted bathroom as well as an additional WC. We have ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Parking is directly behind the apartment and 30 seconds from your front door. There is a private gym to use if required.
The complex is beautifully maintained and is always spotless. There is a fully equipped gym with changing & shower room facilities next to it and a 25 m swimming pool with a separate children's pool. The pool area is equipped with comfortable modern sun loungers & parasols for shade. These facilities are for the exclusive use of our guests & owners only. Our apartment 5I has private parking literally adjacent to the apartment whereas other apartments have to use the stairs to get to their parking bay. The staff who maintain the complex are all friendly and helpful.
Residential Vista Mar with its fabulous position facing the sea, offers all you could want in relaxation.
Local information: Vista Mar overlooks the harbour of Gran Tarajal which hosts the Open de Pesca de Altura, Open Deep Sea Fishing Championship. This takes place in early September and is renowned for its big catches of Marlin. There is a typical Spanish fiesta at the end of the championship which takes place just 2 minutes walk from the apartment and lots of fun and a nice way to experience a party Spanish style.
The apartment is only a fifteen minute drive from the infamous La Lajita zoo and botanical gardens which you should try not to miss and only a 20 minute trip to Costa Calma where in July the world famous wind surfing competition is held at the Sotavento Beach. For golfing enthusiasts the nearest courst is just five minutes away and the championship course at Caletta de Fuste is a mere 20 minutes drive.
The local restaurants are wonderful, my favourite being La Nonna where the food is fabulous and the owner so welcoming. There are two large supermarkets where you can buy anything you may need.
