| Ferienobjektbeschreibung: | The villa is a terraced chalet on a mountainside just a few metres from the sea and in close proximity to the Alcanada golf club. Due to its hillside position, the property has three terraces all with fantastic views towards Alcudia bay. The pool is on the first level, with a large paved sun terrace. A few steps higher is the main level where the house stands, surrounded by a terrace with barbecue and terrace furniture. Entering the property, there is a fully-fitted kitchen, a dining-room with seating for all guests, and a living room with satellite television. On this floor there are also two bedrooms, each with two single beds and one bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms each with private terrace and sea view. Two of these bedrooms have double bed and the third has two single beds.On this floor there is one en suite bathroom with full bath, and another bathroom shared by two rooms, with a bath and a bidet.All rooms have individual heating. |
