Casa Ana is about one km from San Fernando on a side road off the La Sabina to La Mola main road and is only 200 metres from the sea. It has spacious, tranquil terraces for outdoor eating and as it was until recently a private residence, its furnishing and equipment is much much better than is usually found in holiday accommodation, as is clearly shown by the photographs.Accommodation is in two bedrooms - one with double bed the other with two singles. The villa has been extensively extended and renovated in January 2014 and now has two bathrooms, extended kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine & dish-washer. Outside there are covered terraces and furniture for eating "al fresco" In the lounge there is Satelite TV, DVD player and music centre.
The nearest beach is on Playa Mitjorn, near to the Blue Bar, about 1000m. Towels and bed linen are provided and changed weekly, however visitors are required to bring their own beach towels. |

Casa Ana has been totally re-furbished and extended for 2014 with new kitchen, second shower-room, Wi-Fi, Safe, decking and sun bathing area. It is used as the owner's principal residence for most of the year so is much better equipped and decorated than the average holiday rental property.
Centrally situated on the island, it is within easy reach of all of the island's famous white sand beaches and just a short drive to Sant Ferrán; San Francisco Javier (the capital) or to the ferry port at La Savina. |
