On the other side of this strip of land is the Mediterranean Sea. It is approximately 40 km. of beaches to enjoy. La Manga is a paradise for sun, sea and sand lovers, it is a sleeve of land between the Mediterranean Ocean and Mar Menor. Close to the apartment (in Playa Principe) you will find: restaurants, marina, shopping-center,golf courts, tennis courts and beaches. (30 m. to the beach on both sides of the apartment) There are few hotels in La Manga, and because of that fact, it is not a typical target for charter tourists, and the crime rate is very low.
